The back office assistant at Shoesters is responsible for the following duties:

  • Process mail and email
  • Input invoices into accounting software and pay bills
  • Enter detailed inventory information into point of sale software system
  • Answer phone and relay messages to the proper recipient
  • Process payroll
  • Process monthly and quarterly tax forms and payments with local, state, and federal taxing authorities
